individual
Individual face-to-face or online. Sessions for chronic pain and anxiety using hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and techniques from Pain Reprocessing Therapy. £60 per hour.
Group
Group Sessions – face-to-face or online. Sessions for increasing calmness, and confidence, and decreasing anxiety and its physical sensations and symptoms. Price depends on group size and venue.
Individual voice
Individual voice work to increase calmness, relaxation and confidence in using the voice for speaking and singing. £40 per hour. Group sessions also available, price depending on group size and venue.
